This is for any one thinking about having surgery done in Belgium ..

I went to have gastric band surgery , in April 2011 through French cosmic surgery and I would recommend this clinic to any one, and the surgeon who carried out my gastric band surgery was very good.

The hospital was very clean ,the staff very friendly and helpful, could not fault any of it.

From the time we reached Belgium we were met at the station by a driver who drove us to a lovely friendly and clean hotel
where all of the staff spoke good English throughout our stay.

We were picked up by another driver later that day and taken to see the surgeon Dr VDB.  You could not ask for a nicer person and everything was explained to me very well.

Went to the hospital next morning had the gastric band fitted, not as painful as I thought it would be after wards as they give plenty of pain relief and I was discharged the next morning after seeing Dr Philip.

I could not have got better treatment if i had done the surgery in England.

I was size 20 and 16 & half stone now down to size 14 and 13 stone in just a short time so Iam very pleased with the results.

I Must say Tullia Law the admin manager was very helpful in every way, she kept in touch by phone at all times before and after we arrived back in England.

Our aftercare nursing manager was so helpful and caring he made me feel relaxed about the surgery , he was just like a friend, before and after, he is so nice.

I would like to thank everyone,  from Tullia,  to everyone involved in my surgery throughout my stay in Belgium.
