Exactly Who Is To Blame For Obesity?

It's easy to discuss who is to blame for obesity but it is harder to no blame an individual. We are quick to look down upon those who are overweight and think they are weak and lazy. In reality we all have our own vices and reasons behind them. People who suffer from obesity are no different.

Depression: If you are fighting sadness overeating can be a sign. Food tastes good and you feel good when you eat it. If you are depressed and want to feel better you will eat more to feel good for a time. You may feel bad about gaining weight but the only thing that makes you feel good is food.

Control: The truth behind a lot of people who over eat is that they want to control some aspect of their life. If there is nothing else in control in their life controlling what they eat and how much can be their saving factor in a world of chaos. Like anorexia it is not healthy but it is their little way of controlling something in their life.

Learned behavior: Coming from a family that does not eat healthy and there is nothing wrong with that is a learned behavior. There is not issue of eating the wrong foods, the wrong portions and the wrong time of day is standard. No one is to blame as it is generational and no one sees that perhaps it is causing the obesity because they are a happy family.

Protection: Many people who have been sexually abused cover up their bodies by gaining weight. There is the feeling that if they are not attractive then they cannot be hurt sexually again. It is their protection and safety net from pain.

You can easily look at an obese person and think they have no self control. But you need to see the passion behind what is eating them. By knowing why a person is feeding themselves more than they need it means they are starving for something else they desperately want. Knowing this can start a road to understanding not only for the obese person but for us as well. It's probably not  the other person's fault that  they're obese.

4 Tips For Easy Calorie Shifting Meal Planning

The diet program that you joined is not sufficient to remove the extra fat on your body. The best meals for losing weight are those that provide a ton of nutrients, but only a few calories. You will find wonderful calorie shifting meal planning tips that will help you lose the weight you want.

Food intake is not restricted to the bare minimum in the calorie shifting diet, but continuing to eat and eat without a rest is not something you should do either. Overeating is not permitted! Be sure to stop when you feel full, do not continue to eat just because it is there.

People often continue to put food in their mouths after their hunger is satisfied; although they are no longer hungry, their taste buds remain unsatisfied! Many people who are obese are over-eaters. Know when and how to tell yourself that you have had enough.

Second, plan out how you are going to group your meals. A calorie shifting diet is more difficult to plan out than that of the typical diet plan. Your Calorie shifting program requires that you should eat 4 times a day. Foods representing the different food groups should be part of each one of these meals. What this means is that every meal should contain a lean meat (like lean chicken) for protein, dairy and/or fish for vitamins, minerals and fats, and fresh fruits and vegetables for carbohydrates. Alternate between the low and high calorie foods, it should be consistent through all the meals that you eat.

Change up your meals throughout the day so that it keeps you interested. A good example of this looks at sources for fat. To get the fat intake you need at each meal try dairy at the first, red meat at the second, oily fish at the third, and finally pasta at the fourth.

Are you surprised I mentioned "dairy foods" or pasta? Nearly all sorts of different foods are permitted in the calorie shifting diet, provided you do not exceed the daily limit of calories allowed.

Thirdly, be sure to space your meal throughout the day. Eating meals too close together will cause your body to have a calorie overload and then your body simply deposits the extra calories in the form of fat. In the calorie shifting program it is good to keep at least a 3 hours space between meals on a daily basis. This will not only help you to control your weight, but will ensure that the food you have eaten is properly digested.

You are allowed to cheat: You will remain on this diet for eleven days, and then you can cheat for the three following days. If you want that pizza you have been smelling in the mall or that container of Haggan Daz in your freezer, go ahead and indulge. Keep your attitude positive and eat healthy and eat smart!

In order to stay healthy and be safe, be sure the calorie deficit you create is between 500 calories and 1,000 calories as described in the Fat Loss 4 Idiot Review.
