- Keep two teaspoons in the refrigerator and after, rest them in your puffy eyes for a minimum of 1 minute or until it warms up.
- Soft cotton balls with a bowl of milk with ice. Soak the cotton pads in it and then squeeze most of its liquid out. Place the pads on your eyes and then repeat as they warm up until 15 minutes. They will also lighten those dark spots under your eyes.
- Place tea bags in cold water and let it rest on your eyes for 15 minutes. The tannic acid of the tea will allow the blood vessels to constrict which reduces inflammation.
- Use thin slices of potatoes or apples over the puffy eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. Potatoes will help reduce those dark circles under the eyes while apples has pectin’s that which aides in anti-oxidation.
