  • Place tea bags in cold water and let it rest on your eyes for 15 minutes. The tannic acid of the tea will allow the blood vessels to constrict which reduces inflammation.
  • Use thin slices of potatoes or apples over the puffy eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. Potatoes will help reduce those dark circles under the eyes while apples has pectin’s that which aides in anti-oxidation.

You can prevent puffy eyes when you get enough sleep, taking in large amount of healthy foods,drinking plenty of water and never sleep with your make up on .
