The Truth on How to Lose the Beer Belly

Are you trying to lose the beer belly? It's not easy. You and your party friend have gone through a lot together. Going to Sunday footballs games together, attending those wild college parties, and grabbing a beer during happy hour.  You 2 have shared some great memories, but things have changed and you want to lose the beer belly.

Losing the beer belly will not be easy and will take hard work, perseverance and time. Try not to listen to what the tabloids and TV are saying,you might believe in order to get the body you want, all you would have to do is take a few pills and follow the latest diet trend. Sorry, but it's a lot more challenging than that.

The truth in the matter, is it will take WORK. The models and celebrities you see in the media are all in shape and attractive due to regular exercise and healthy eating. If you want to lose that beer belly,you would think you would do the same thing they are? Duh, it won't be easy, but in the end it doesn't have to be hard to do.People who are trying to get rid of their beer belly, they start jogging and doing situps. At first glance, this might make sense. Running will contribute to losing calories but doing sit ups and crunches will only strengthen your muscles, not get rid of your gut. Unless you do more than crunches and sit ups, you might get a nice six pack but you wouln't be able to tell underneath that layer of fat called your beer belly.

What can you do if you ab exercises won't get rid of lower belly fat?

Step 1, stop drinking beer.  Cutting back on the beer may seem impossible. Don't you think you have the beer belly because of the consumption of BEER? It doesn't mean you can't have a little bit of beer, just monitor and decrease how much you drink.

There are two parts to losing that beer belly.  Eating right and exercise will help lose your beer belly. If you choose only one of the major factors, you won't get the maximum results you wish to achieve. Yes, exercise might burn more calories, but if you don’t eat less calories in the first place you may not be burning more than you eat.You won't get the best results in your workout if you're eating more than you can burn in calories. Doing both diet and exercise will help maximize results if you want to lose your beer belly.

In conclusion, having a healthy diet is essential.Start paying attention to what you eat. Your body needs all the right nutrients. The proper nutrients are protein complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Consuming the right kinds of food can help you body's metabolism and burn fat more efficiently.

The next step is to exercise. You will want to do some cardio (aerobic exercise) and resistance training (strength training). To strengthen your heart and stamina, doing aerobic exercises like running, calisthenics, or other cardio workouts can help. Doing strength training can help you gain that confidence you need in order to strut your stuff next time you're at the beach.
